- (Electronic Data Interchange) EDI is the combination of three words Electronic, Data and Interchange in which Electronic means “by using device” , Data means the “raw facts or unprocessed information(or document)” and Interchange means transfer and receive data either inside company or another company. So
EDI
is a process which allows one company to send information to another
company or inside the company electronically(By using computer or any other electronic device) rather
than with paper.
